This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for purchases made at replica. Because we sell digital items that are delivered instantly, please read this carefully before you buy.

1. All sales are generally final

Our products are digital and delivered automatically the moment your payment clears. For that reason, once an item has been delivered, the sale is generally final and non-refundable.

2. When we will help

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will review a refund or replacement in cases such as:

• You paid but did not receive your item.
• You were charged more than once for the same order by mistake.
• The item you received was clearly not what was described.

Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of your order, so we can look into it quickly.

3. How to request help

Open a ticket in our Discord and include your order ID and a short description of the problem. Our team will get back to you and sort it out.

4. Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. Chargebacks

If something goes wrong, please talk to us first. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us may result in your access being suspended. Almost every issue can be resolved faster by opening a ticket.
